I've made this personal album to help the listeners and myself to cope with the Insomnia, Anxiety and Depression...This album is sort of like a Sleep Therapy or a Stress-free album... Would best to listen to this album when Sleeping, taking out some wine, or whatever that helps best to float yourself away...
